Order by 3:30pm for same day dispatch (Mon-Fri) - We try to ensure all orders received by 3:30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the very same day, provided there are no problems processing the order or accepting your payment. However during busy periods like Christmas, we recommend you place your order as early as possible, as there can be small delays when we receive high order volumes.
All orders over £75.00 must be signed for - Someone will need to be at home to sign for the parcel when it arrives.
Missed Deliveries - If no one is at home to sign for the parcel a missed delivery card should have been put through your letterbox with instructions on how to have the parcel re-delivered on a day that you are available. Please read the card carefully as most companies will return any undeliverable parcels back to the sender (in this case us) after 7 days.
If your parcel is sent back to us as undelivered we will ask you to pay for the delivery of the second delivery attempt before we send your parcel back out to you.
Lost or damaged - All though very rare this can happen from time to time, if your order has not arrived within the time specified on this page, or your item/s have arrived damaged please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
We delivery all across the UK, Europe and most countries Internationally. For the most up to date list please select your country during checkout, if your country is not available, we regretfully won't be able to accept your order at this time.
International Orders - To help us get your order out on time please select Paypal using a verified account or Amazon checkout when placing your order.
Import Duties - Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches your destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
