Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange; provided the item is sent back in the condition it was sent in as follows:

  • As new with all packaging, documents and any accessories
  • All watch bracelet links must be intact - Before asking for a free bracelet adjustment please read our 'Free Bracelet Adjustments' page as customized watches can not be returned for a refund or exchange unless arrived damaged or faulty

Please Note: If you purchased an item using V12 Finance and wish to return it, you must return the item within 14 days of purchase otherwise we will be unable to cancel your V12 Finance contract.

Important: We don't mind if you place a watch around your wrist to see how well it fits and looks, as long as any protective plastic on the bracelet/strap and case are not removed until you are happy with your purchase.

We are unable to refund earrings that have been opened for hygiene reasons, accessories that have been unpacked or heart rate monitors that have been activated unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect due to our own error.

I have an unwanted item

No problem, if you simply changed your mind please send back your watch or jewellery item to the address displayed at the bottom of this page within 30 days of the date you received your order.

Exchanges - If you would like to exchange your item, please send back your item for a refund (minus any delivery charges) to the address below, then simply place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.

I have a faulty or incorrect item

Firstly we apologize for any inconvenience caused, we know how disappointing that is. Please send us back your item to the address below. Once we have received the item and inspected it we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible and refund any reasonable postage costs you incurred sending your item back to us.

Please Note: For items that have developed a fault after the 30 day returns period has ended, please refer to our Warranty Information page.

I wish to cancel my order before you dispatch it

Due to the speed at which we dispatch orders we recommend you call us as soon as possible. If your order has already left our premises, you will need to send it back to us at the address below before we can refund your order.

Price Match: If you are canceling your order because you have since found the same item at another official UK stockist's cheaper and in stock we will be happy to match the price.

Returns Procedure & Address

1. Please include a note explaining the reason you have returned your item with your name and order number to allow us to deal with your enquiry swiftly.

2. If your item has been unpacked please re-package it adequately to ensure it doesn't get damaged during transit.

3. Please use the address detailed below and send your item back to us using a tracked and insured service like Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we can not be held responsible for an item that has been lost or damaged during transit.
