Delivery Details

Order by 2:30pm for same day dispatch - We try to ensure all orders that are received by 2:30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the very same day; provided there are no problems processing the order or accepting your payment. However during busy periods like Christmas, we recommend you place your order as early as possible, as there can be small delays when we receive high order volumes.

All orders must be signed for - Which ever delivery method you choose, someone will need to be at home to sign for the parcel when it arrives.

Missed Deliveries - If know one is at home to sign for the parcel a missed delivery card should have been put through your letterbox with instructions on how to have the parcel re-delivered on a day that you are available. Please read the card carefully as most companies will return any undeliverable parcels back to the sender (in this case us) after 7 days.

If your parcel is sent back to us as undelivered we will ask you to pay for the delivery of the second delivery attempt before we send your parcel back out to you.

Lost or damaged - All though very rare this can happen from time to time, if your order has not arrived within the time specified on this page, or your item/s have arrived damaged please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

UK Delivery Information

UK Standard Delivery - If you are not in a hurry your order will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service which is completely free for all UK Mainland customers. Most orders dispatched using this service will arrive within 2 working days once it has left our premises, however please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us to let us know it has not arrived as we are unable to contact Royal Mail to look into late deliveries until after that time.

UK Express Delivery - We use either Royal Mail or similar Courier depending on the order value; both methods are fully insured.

International Delivery Information

Non UK Mainland - EU & International Standard Delivery - This option is for all destinations outside of UK mainland. Your order will take 3 to 10 workings days to arrive depending on where it is being sent and is fully insured.

EU & Rest of World Express delivery - All orders are sent using TNT and will take 1-3 working days to arrive depending on the destination once your parcel has left our premises and is insured.

Import Duties - If you place your order from outside the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your package reaches your country of residence. British Watch Company cannot be held responsible for any such charges and are unable to provide information on what those costs might be.

If you are buying internationally, you can contact your local customs authorities for full details on the costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which your order is being imported. Please be aware that your parcel may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and the British Watch Company cannot guarantee that the packaging of your order will be free from signs of tampering.
