Mercia Jewellers is a family run business which was founded in 1978 by Kieron Moore in Coventry (UK). In the 34 years we have been trading, the shop has become one of Coventry's oldest and most trusted Jewellers.

In the spring of 2003 we established the British Watch Company website so we could sell our fine watches and jewellery all over the UK and the rest of the world. We have since built up an enviable reputation for quality products, competitive prices and of course our renowned customer service. We try to make your experience as memorable as possible for all the right reasons, so that you spread the word and help us continue to be one of the UK's leading watch retailers.

We offer a free delivery service to any UK Mainland destination, we also have an express delivery (next working day) option which you can select when you checkout your order. If you are not from the UK you can find our delivery pricing on our 'Delivery Details' page, we have both a standard service and an express service for most destinations in the world.

28 Day Returns

We want you to be able to view your new purchase in the comfort of your own home at your leisure, which is why we have extended our returns period to 28 days from the date of order. If for any reason you are not happy, simply let us know and send it back for an exchange or refund.

Free Watch Bracelet Adjustments

A typical bracelet adjustment service would cost you between £5 to £30.00 at your local Jewellers depending on the brand of watch you own, we can save you the time and expense by doing it for you so that the watch is ready to wear the moment it arrives.

If you would like us to remove links for you please give us a call on 02476 555 526, to let us know your wrist measurement between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. We highly recommend phoning us the minute you have received confirmation of your order, this will also ensure there are no delays getting your order packed and out to you; and because we pack the orders as soon as possible. Any links we remove will be placed back into the watch case so that you can have the watch re-adjusted should you need to at a later date.

Price Match

We know price has a big influence on many peoples buying decisions, especially with today's internet explosion and the competition it has created. We will be happy to match or beat the price of any online UK authorised dealers, the product must be in stock and any delivery costs will be taken in to account.

To submit a price match request all you have to do is click the 'Price Match' banner on the right hand side of any product detail page and fill in a few details and we will get straight back to you with an offer we are sure you won't refuse.

Gift Wrap Service

Are you ordering something as a gift? Why not let us save you time by letting us gift wrap your order for you? For a small extra charge we will make sure that your order is wrapped beautifully so that you can hand it straight to the lucky recipient as soon as it arrives.

Not only that but you can also type a small personal message for the recipient of the gift when you select the 'Gift Wrap' option on the product page; which we will put on to a tag for you.
